How to Prepare
Sufra Batter Mix is used for spicy coating on fish, chicken and vegetables:
For one Kg chicken, fish or vegetable mix 80gms of Sufra Batter Mix and 100 ml water and leave for 30 minutes. Heat cooking oil up to frying temperature and fry marinated chicken till golden brown.
Shelf life : 06 Months
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place and avoid direct sunlight.

White Salt, Maize Starch, Maltodextrin, Chicken Fat, Sugar, Flavour Enhancers, Artificial and Natural Flavours (contains Celery, Eggs and products thereof), Dried Chicken Meat, White Pepper Powder
How to Prepare
For 1L Chicken stock:
• Add 2 tbsp Sufra Chicken Stock Powder in 1L boiling water and wait for 5 minutes.
For fry vegetables:
• Sprinkle desired amount of Sufra Chicken Powder whilst frying to improve flavor.
